Returns and Exchanges

- To initiate a return, please reach out to Customer Service at 1.800.763.1250 for a return authorization.
- Kindly note that we do not accept returns on custom, non-stock, special order, or discontinued items.
- All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the invoice date. Only unopened merchandise in its original packaging will be eligible for return.
- A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returns, except for items returned due to a shipping error or defect.
- Remember not to label the box with the RMA number; instead, enclose a copy of the RMA inside the package.
- Ensure that all returns are sent back within 30 days of the RMA issue date. Unless it's a result of a shipping error or defect, returned merchandise must be shipped freight prepaid.
- Please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for damaged items once they are accepted by your receiving agents.
